St Albans lost their friendly match with Wardown Park
St Albans lost their first friendly mixed game of the season after a six-shot defeat to Wardown Park on Saturday.
Despite losing narrowly, the rink skipped by Ted Salvage was the top scoring one for the home team.
St Albans men defeated Rowley Lane 65-43 on Sunday.
The top rink consisted of A Brittain, A Kay, T Banfield and T Rolands.
St Albans ladies were unfortunate to lose 40-32 with their top rink featuring B Lawrence, M Grimward, C Jeavons and E Englebright.
