London Colney remain second in the South Midlands Premier Division after extending their unbeaten run to 18 league games with a 3-2 home win over Oxhey Jets on Saturday.
The Blueboys opened the scoring after 13 minutes when James Ewington headed home. But the visitors levelled the match when Lee Armitt chipped in a penalty after a foul by Dan Power.
The hosts regained the lead when Spencer Clarke-Mardel's shot was blocked by goalkeeper Will Baker and Ewington reacted quickest to head home the rebound.
London Colney extended their advantage when Baker was sent off for bringing down Stef Geraldes in the penalty area. Joe Horwood went in goal but could not keep out Greg Shaw's spot kick.
Oxhey pulled one back through Adam Lawton but Colney claimed a deserved win to extend their excellent form.
