Officers investigating a robbery in Hatfield are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to contact them.
The incidents occurred at around 10.20pm on Thursday, October 4, the victim, a 20 year old man, was walking along Lark Rise when he was approached by three offenders. They attempted to engage him in conversation before grabbing his coat and forcing him against a car. They took his wallet and phone and then got into a small black vehicle which was driven off towards Bishops Rise.
During the robbery the victim was punched in the stomach but was not injured.
The three offenders who approached the victim and the offender driving the vehicle are all are described a four Asian males aged between 20 and 26 years old.
