Golfers got fundraising down to a tee at a fundraiser in Harpenden where they raised £4,500 towards Herts Young Homeless.
Sixty-four golfers put their best swings forward at the Charity Golf day to raise money towards the charity dedicated to supporting young people aged 16 to 24 who are either homeless or faced with homelessness.
The sun shone on the day at Aldwickbury Park Golf Club with a full 18-hole round, a raffle and auction.
Glenn Middleton, chief executive of hyh said: “Once again our thanks go to everybody who supported our latest golf day which was another resounding success.
“Raising funds from local supporters and businesses is becoming increasingly important to us in being able to maintain the level of our services countywide.
“It is through the generous support of people such as the members of the 16 teams that joined us at Aldwickbury Park that we will be able to reach our objectives in this area.”
