A shop in St Albans has rolled out the red carpet for a charity fashion show.
As well as showing off some of the latest trends, Monsoon in Market Place organised a raffle and silent action on Wednesday to raise money for the Monsoon Accessorize Trust.
The charity, which was set up in 2004, helps disadvantaged women and children in Asia through education, health and income generation projects.
The fundraiser was arranged by store manager Pam Harte with help from supervisors Amy Brookes and Jessica Kerntiff.
Ms Brookes said: “People have been asking about the charity which is nice.
“A lot of people didn’t know that we even had a charity.
“It has been really nice to have everyone’s support.
“There is a real sense of community today.”
Prizes on offer included vouchers for Baroque Bar, Thai Rack, Clipso and Slug and Lettuce.
Champneys also donated a gift basket worth more than £300.
