A fish and grill restaurant in St Albans has received a new award in recognition of using the best quality products.
Lussmanns Fish & Grill, which is located in Waxhouse Gate, has won a 2012 Janey Lee Grace Platinum Award in the newly created restaurant category.
The awards are voted for by the readers of Radio 2 presenter, Janey Lee Grace’s website and recognise the very best natural and eco friendly products.
Andrei Lussmann, director at the restaurant, prides himself on the ethically sourced food served at Lussmanns.
He said: “Sustainability starts locally and so it’s great to be recognised for our work in this area.”
Janey Lee Grace said that Lussmans was a worthy winner of the new category, describing it as “Locally sourced, sustainable and superb.”
