James Michael Clements is wanted after failing to appear in court.
The 35-year-old was last known to be in Hemel Hempstead and has links in the surrounding areas.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary on the non-emergency number 101 or by calling Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
