Hatfield town under 11's win their second game of the season in a tough battle with Herts Drive. The game started with Hatfield town starting strongly and dominating the opposition with some brilliant football not letting Herts Drive have moment to rest, and it didn't take long before a brilliant run from Jacob Woolmington and smashing the ball in the back of the net with the keeper not standing a chance. Not long after the goal the blue boys scored another with a great strike from Lewis Pugh just before half time.
The second half started with hurst drive putting pressure on the blue boys scoring early to bring them back 2-1, from this hurst drive continued putting pressure on the blue boys defence, but within 10 minutes of pressure from hurst drive, Alfie lloyd scored from a stunning first time volley to put Hatfield 3-one up. The opposition continued to put the pressure on the blue boys by scoring another shortly after making it 3-2. Hurst drive continued to attack but after several brilliant saves from Hatfield keeper Tom Maloney hurst drive drive just couldn't get the equaliser with the game ending 3-2 after an extremely entertaining game from both teams. With Tom Maloney receiving man of the match after several outstanding saves to give Hatfield the win.
