Circus skills, zumba and tai chi are just some of the activities that residents will be able to try out at a fun day in St Albans this weekend.
The district council is organising the event at The adiZone, a giant outdoor gym in Verulamium Park, in an attempt to get more people involved in the city’s clubs and sports teams.
Jo Howlett, community project officer at the council, said: "We’ve got some fantastic local clubs so it is brilliant that we can include them.
"There is something out there for everyone but unless you give it a go you don’t know if it for you.
"A day like this lets you come and try it for free."
The event will be held on Saturday, April 14, between 11am and 4pm.
