A FLASHER indecently exposed himself to two teenage girls in Harpenden as they walked home from school.
The 14-year-old victims were walking along Stewart Road when the man revealed himself as he walked towards them.
The white man, thought to be in his late forties or early fifties, did not stop but continued to walk past the girls.
The incident happened at around 3.45pm on Monday, November 11, but police are only just appealing for witnesses.
The man was described as having short legs, a large head and short neck. He was said to be a large man with blond balding hair.
He was also wearing a purple shirt, a dark jacket, brown shoes and a beige scarf tucked into his jacket.
