HARPENDEN MP Peter Lilley's expenses, published on-line today, reveal details of his claims for printing, mobile phone calls and periodicals.
Mr Lilley has already provided copies of his “additional costs allowance” claims for his second home in London, but parliamentary authorities have put his claims for communication and “incidental” expenses for 2004/5 to 2007/8 on-line in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.
Few details are visible as many of the receipts are largely blacked out, but the published claims include a £63 mobile phone claimed in March 2006, along with £74 for newspapers and £82 for headed paper.
Details of Mr Lilley's claim of £570 printing in December 2007 are unclear, but he was reimbursed £64 in March 2007 for Vacher's Quarterly, a guide to politicians and political institutions across Europe.
