From one menswear store to another - a clothing shop in Harpenden is set to be replaced.
High-end clothing store Mistr. is coming to takeover Purple Menswear at 33 High Street (Bowers Parade).
Similar to its predecessor, Mistr. stocks menswear including brands Hugo Boss, Paul Smith, Ted Baker and Carhartt.
Founded in 2009, Purple became a part of the furniture on the High Street, offering designer collections and high-quality service.
The retailer opened a second store in Berkhamstead during 2015, which has now also shut.
A spokesperson for Purple expressed their "gratitude" to customers and assured that Menspire barbers and Eight Ounce Coffee would remain open "as usual" during the changeover.
For the next two days, Purple will continue its 70 per cent off "everything must go" sale before the new shop opens on Saturday, November 2.
Its successor, Mistr. is expanding on its current branches in Waltham Cross and Borehamwood with the new Harpenden store.
