The annual Gin and Jazz festival returns to St Albans this weekend, bringing an assortment of gin blends and flavours. 

Music by Take 3 Jazz and New River Dixie is set to delight gin lovers in George Street on Friday, October 4 from 6pm to 11pm.

Vivien Cannon, manager at St Albans BID - which organised the event - said: “Enjoy a unique evening in the heart of St Albans’ historic George Street.

At the festival, resident businesses will open their doors for late-night shopping and line the street with pop-up drink stalls. 

Galio Jewellers will be hosting Black Bridge Gin and Christopher Wharton Goldsmith has partnered with Spirit of Hertfordshire Gin, which produces gins inspired by the county.

Next door, Earley’s will have a bar and entertainment in their fashion boutique, while Flower Box is bringing back its popular flavoured Polish Vodka shots and Atelier Ferrari + Monti will once again host Mally’s Gin Bar. 

Sponsors this year include Sofas & Stuff, KP Waste and Wagada Digital.

The British furniture brand will also be offering the chance to win a Sofas & Stuff chair and a £100 St Albans Gift Card by filling out an entry form when you visit the store.
