A 12-year-old boy was repeatedly kicked by two attackers as he lay on the ground in a “vicious” attack.
Police attended Bank Court in Hemel Hempstead to investigate the shocking incident at around 6.35pm yesterday (August 15).
It's believed a verbal altercation between the 12-year-old victim and two suspects turned physical as they kicked the boy while he lay on the ground, causing actual bodily harm-level injuries.
Police said it is believed the victim and his attackers were known to each other.
Officers have described the suspects as a white male in a black Trapstar hoodie and a black male in a black and grey Nike “tech fleece”, both around 5ft 9in.
