Harpenden's High Street Players are putting on an open air production of Shakespeare's As You Like It.
Performances will take place outside Cornelia's Café by St Nicholas Church at 7.30pm on Wednesday, July 3 and Friday, July 5, and at 2.30pm on Saturday, July 6.
There will be no performances on July 4 as the venue is being used as a polling station.
Tickets cost £10 and are available online from hsplayers.org.uk, from Manor Pharmacy in Harpenden or by calling 01582 620269.
One of Shakespeare's best-loved comedies -and the origin of the phrase 'All the world's a stage' - the play explores the chaos that ensues when Rosalind is banished to the forest of Arden and disguises herself as the young man Ganymede.
Director Mike Lees said: "It's been great fun working with a wonderful cast of 14 on this popular play.

"We're really looking forward to performing it and we hope our audiences enjoy watching it as much as we've enjoyed rehearsing for it."
The performance will only be cancelled if heavy rain makes it impossible to continue.
Attendees are advised to bring waterproofs - but not umbrellas unless they intend to sit at the back - and warm clothing in case of colder weather.
