The M25 has been forced to close again in Hertfordshire due a third straight day of Just Stop Oil protests.
Police officers are currently at London Colney (junction 22), where a temporary road closure is in place on the anticlockwise carriageway.
There are also diversions on the clockwise stretch, with heavy traffic tailing back to the M1 junction (21a) and into surrounding areas.

A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Police said specially trained protest removal officers are at working as quickly as possible to get roads reopened.
They urged motorists to avoid the area.
At around 8.45am, police said some closures have now been lifted with traffic moving in both directions but delays are still likely.
This week there have been incidents at Bricket Wood, London Colney and Kings Langley, as well as in Essex and Surrey.
Multiple individuals have since been arrested.
