A man was stabbed in a fight involving a group of men in what has been described as a "terrifying" incident.
Police have made one arrest following the incident which happened at 7.50pm on Friday, June 24.
They believe the suspect left the scene in Verulam Road, St Albans on a motorbike.

The victim's injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.
A 24-year-old man from St Albans has been arrested on suspicion of assault (GBH), possession of cannabis, and possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
He has been released on bail until Thursday 21 July while enquiries continue.
Detective Constable Stephanie Phillips said: “This was understandably a terrifying experience.
“As part of our investigation, we are keen to hear from any witnesses or anyone with information about the incident.
“Any information you have, no matter how small it might seem, could be vital to our investigation.”
