St Albans' Travelodge is gearing up for a staycation boom in the city by launching 10 new job roles.
The hotel chain recently opened 17 sites across the UK, including in St Peter's Street, and has said it is looking to fill 10 positions immediately.
They include assistant hotel manager, Bar Café team member, house keeping team member and receptionist.
Many of the roles offer full or part time working.
Craig Bonnar, Travelodge chief executive, said: “We are gearing up for a busy summer Staycation season this year, and we need to fill 10 positions in St Albans immediately.
"We are looking for individuals who have passion, determination and a desire to deliver excellent customer service. In return, we provide a world-class training & development programme giving direct access to climb the career ladder into management."
He said flexible working is available to help parents with school runs.
"There has never been a better time than now to join the UK hospitality sector," he added.
"The career opportunities are endless and it also opens a door to the world.”
The 130-room hotel on St Peter’s Street officially opened in June and is part of the group's ‘budget chic’ hotel format.
