A one hour musical production will be performed by a young cast of actors and singers each playing multiple roles in a new take on two classic stories.
On Tuesday June 1, the brand new musical will play at The Maltings Theatre in St Albans as part of the Roman Theatre Open Air Festival.
Little Red Riding Hood & The 3 Funky Pigs will run performances at 10.30am, 1pm and 3.30pm.
The musical is a modern twist on two classic fairy tales filled with songs and written by acclaimed playwright Simon Downing and West End Musical Director Kevin Oliver Jones.
The story in this new version follows Little Red Riding Hood on her adventure to get a Deliveroo delivery to Granny's house.
“Will Mr Wolf get his dinner or will Little Red Riding Hood and the three pigs win the day?”
The Maltings Theatre is the home of live theatre in the heart of St Albans, they are nationally recognised as one of the country’s leading small scale producing theatres.
