St Albans Museums is taking part in Heritage Open Days on September 10, bringing back its popular Objects on Demand pop-up event, which showcases unusual artefacts that are usually hidden away in the stores.
Pick an object from the special catalogue and take advantage of the rare opportunity to see it up close and learn more about it from the collections team. Objects on display will include toys, truncheons, forged medallions and arrowheads.
