Tuesday, February 10
Henry Peter Oswald Salvadori, 26, of Cedar Court, St Albans. On January 18, 2015, drove in Hempstead Road, Watford, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 56 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £215. Banned from driving for 15 months, to be reduced by 15 weeks if approved course undertaken.
Gemma Mary L. Ireland, 32, of Ellis House, Charrington Place, St Albans. On August 1, 2014, drove in Park Street, at 39mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £240. Three penalty points.
Wednesday, February 11 Robert Harper, 42, of Canberra Close, St Albans. Appeared before court to make a statutory declaration following conviction for failing to deliver annual return within 28 days of due date and failing to comply with duty to file accounts and reports with registrar by set date. Case reopened. Fine, costs: £420.
Joseph Michael Kentsley, 24, of Garden Cottages, Frogmore. On August 6, 2014, drove in London Road, St Albans, at 40mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £305. Three penalty points.
Thursday, February 12
Paul Timothy Monaghan, 47, of High Street, London Colney. On January 6, 2015, drove in Smallford Lane, St Albans, while unfit to drive through drink. Community order made with supervision requirement. Fine, costs: £255. Banned from driving for 48 months. Michael David Brown, 55, of Elizabeth Court, St Albans. On December 28, 2014, assaulted a person by beating her. Community order made with programme and supervision requirements. Costs: £145.
Zoe Cooke, 41, of Longfield Road, Harpenden. On August 7, 2014, drove in Hampden Road, St Albans, at 46mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £525. Four penalty points.
Jordan John Galloway, 23, of Target House, High Street, London Colney. On August 7, 2014, drove in High Street, Potters Bar, without a valid licence. Fine, costs: £165. Three penalty points.
Mary Robinson, 45, of Roundfield Avenue, Harpenden. On August 12, 2014, drove in Lower Luton Road, Wheathampstead, at 40mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Also, on same date, drove without a valid licence. Fine, costs: £505. Three penalty points.
Giovanni Spasiano, 27, of Sherwoods Rise, Harpenden. On August 6, 2014, used a vehicle without insurance. Also, on same date, used a vehicle to which no test certificate had been issued. Fine, costs: £945.
Jonathan Wylie Samuelson, 59, of Maytrees, Radlett. On July 28, 2014, drove in Gunnels Wood Road, Stevenage, at a speed in excess of the 40mph legal limit. Fine, costs: £816. Six penalty points.
Friday, February 13
Michael Philip Lambert, 51, of High Street, Markyate. On November 21, 2014, drove in Fishery Road, Hemel Hempstead, while banned from driving. Also, on same date, used a vehicle without insurance. Community order made with unpaid work requirement. Costs: £145. Six penalty points. Georgina Nash, 34, of Jupiter Court, Cassius Drive, St Albans. On January 27, 2015, stole assorted food items from Sainsbury’s, London Colney. Fine, costs: £305.
James Parke, 23, of Chalkdell Fields, St Albans. On October 5, 2014, damaged a pane of glass in a door at the Hurricane Rooms Snooker Club, St Albans. Fine, compensation, costs: £510.
Lynsey Connell, 25, of Wellington Road, St Albans. On July 17, 2014, used a colour television receiver without a licence. Fine, costs: £220.
Monday, February 16 Stefan Michael Jakeman, 24, of Whitehedge Drive, St Albans. On February 14, 2015, stole two tubs of maxi nutrition protein powder worth £79.98 from Boots, St Albans. Commission of further offence during operational period of suspended sentence order made for theft (x3). Committed to prison for eight weeks. Costs: £80.
Deborah Lesley Tomsett, 51, of Sadleir Road, St Albans. On October 21, 2014, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £335.
Rebecca Evans, 38, of Vanda Crescent, St Albans. On September 15, 2014, en route near St Albans station, recieved an unused ticket intending that a person should use ticket to travel when it was not a ticket which permitted transfer. Also, on same date, en route near St Albans, entered a train for the purpose of travelling without having a valid ticket entitling travel. Fine, costs: £262.70.
Tuesday, February 17
Bernard Anthony Doherty, 29, of How Wood, Park Street. On February 15, 2015, damaged a window belonging to another. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £150.
Paul Timothy Monaghan, 47, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans. On February 15, 2015, communicated with a specific person, contrary to non-molestation order made on September 11, 2014. Fine, costs: £233.
Kristian Kiss, 25, of Aysgarth Close, Harpenden. On July 29, 2015, drove in Chalk Dale, Welwyn Garden City, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 40 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Timothy Drewett, 21, of Melbourne Close, St Albans. On August 19, 2014, used a vehicle on a public road where the visual transmission of light through the offside front and nearside front windows was less than allowed. Fine, costs: £305.
Elias William Habib, 56, of Necton Road, Wheathampstead. On August 13, 2014, drove in Brocket Road, Lemsford, at 57mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £453. Six penalty points.
Mohammed Yasin, 28, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans. On August 16, 2014, drove on the M1 at 98mph, the legal limit being 70mph. Fine, costs: £525. Six penalty points.
Richard Joseph Coelho, 21, of Norris Close, London Colney. On August 20, 2014, drove in Thamesdale, London Colney, with no number plate on front of vehicle. Fine, costs: £305.
Wednesday, February 18
Ibrar None Ali, 43, of Sleapshyde Lane, Smallford. On August 26, 2014, stole six sets of headphones and two watches from Argos, Watford. Also, on same date, stole five razors from Boots, Watford, and assaulted a person by beating him. Also, on January 14, 2015, and again on January 23, 2015, failed without reasonable excuse to attend supervision requirement of community order made on July 15, 2014, for offence of theft. Committed to prison for four months suspended for 18 months. Compensation, costs: £835.
Rachel Adele Hislaire, 24, of Newgate Close, St Albans. On August 5, 2014, drove in Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, at 41mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £100. Four penalty points.
Terence Hitchins, 25, of Newberries Avenue, Radlett. On August 12, 2014, drove in Eastbury Road, Watford, at 37mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £100. Three penalty points.
Ismael Al-Matin Rumjen, 32, of Hyde View Road, Harpenden. On August 14, 2014, drove on the A1M at 100mph, the legal limit being 70mph. Fine, costs: £783. Five penalty points.
Thursday, February 19
Kaine Aaron Hards, 21, of Scots Hill, Croxley Green. On June 17, 2014, failed to allow access to place of curfew for purpose of installing monitoring equipment. Also, similarly, on June 18, 2014. Community order revoked. Resentenced for original offence of theft from shop. Also, on November 9, 2014, stole a key worth £120 from another. Five other offences admitted and taken into consideration. Also, on January 29, 2015, failed to surrender to custody. Committed to prison for 20 weeks. Compensation: £100.
Christopher Stephen Brown, 30, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans. On February 1, 2015, trespassed on the lines of a railway. Also, on dates between January 31, 2015, and February 1, 2015, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment of a person in that sent numerous unsolicited and unwelcome messages and made similar telephone calls. Fine, costs: £415.
Baber Iqbal Choudhry, 37, of Luna Place, Hatfield Road, St Albans. On February 2, 2015, assaulted a person by beating her. Fine, costs: £745.
James Benjamin Wilde, 19, of The Ridgeway, St Albans. On December 6, 2014, damaged a handbag belonging to another. Also, on same date, sent by public electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character; assaulted a person by beating her. Fine, costs: £880. Community order made with unpaid work requirement.
Michael James Surridge, 59, of Highfield Lane, Tyttenhanger, St Albans. On January 10, 2015, communicated to a specific person information which knew or believed to be false with the intention of inducing that person to the false belief that a thing was liable to explode or ignite. Committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 24 months. Costs: £165.
Helen Eileen Cash, 30, of Ver Meadows Caravan Site, Redbourn. On December 4, 2014, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £745. Banned from driving for six months.
John Pearson, 61, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood. On July 9, 2014, drove while not wearing an adult seat belt. Also, on same date, used a vehicle where the rear nearside wheel had a lump, bulge or tear caused by the separation or partial failure of its structure; also, similarly, the front offside wheel; drove a vehicle where the registration mark was obscured. Fine, costs: £1,225. Six penalty points.
