Front-line ambulance staff have been praised for their professionalism and “first rate” care in a new patient survey.
The East of England Ambulance Service had a 100 per cent success rate, with all 119 respondents saying they were very satisfied or satisfied with the care they received upon a call out.
Anthony Marsh, Chief Executive of EEAST, said: “I’m delighted with these results of the latest patient survey.
“They are a reflection of the dedication and hard work of our staff to delivering high levels of patient care, often in the most difficult circumstances.”
