Delays in Harpenden as works take place
Motorists in Harpenden are being warned of delays as works take place.
Bowers Way will have traffic control in place until Tuesday, April 28 from the side of number 34 down to the junction with Vaughan Road.
UK Power Networks is responsible for the work.
