Preparations are well underway for Wheathampstead’s annual Village Weekend, which will begin on Saturday.
A parade, live music and a fair are just some of the things residents will be able to enjoying during the two-day celebration.
The event will kick off with the Wheathampstead’s Got Talent competition in Memorial Hall from 2pm, followed by an evening of live music on The Meads from 5.30pm until 10pm.
On Sunday’s Village Day, a ‘English Country Garden' themed procession, will make its way through the village, full of floats from local schools, organisations and charities.
