Zota Khan, 50, of Olive Close, St Albans. On June 1, 2014, was in possession of two small bags of amphetamine, a class B drug. Fine, costs: £180.
Richard O’Sullivan, 51, of Bricket Road, St Albans. On June 4, 2014, did an act, namely sitting or lying on the pavement in the St Albans council area and abusing staff of the emergency services, which was prohibited from doing by anti-social behaviour order made on July 4, 2013. Commission of further offence during operational period of suspended sentence order made on April 3, 2014. Fine, costs: £60.
Mark Steven Rudkin, 46, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood. On June 7, 2014, drove on A405, Bricket Wood, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 63 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Fine, costs: £255. Banned from driving for 17 months, to be reduced by 17 weeks if approved course undertaken.
Stephen Iacovone, 50, of Folly Avenue, St Albans. On December 1, 2013, assaulted a person by beating her. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 24 months. Order includes programme, supervision and unpaid work requirements. Restraining order made. Compensation, costs: £680.
Vincent Mark Kosta, of Kendals Close, Radlett. On December 11, 2013, was a person in whose name a vehicle was registered which did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act. Fine, costs: £330.
