Ashley James Kiely, 23, of Redding Lane, Redbourn. On February 1, 2014, assaulted a person by beating him. Commission of a further offence while subject to conditional discharge for three years imposed on September 27, 2012, for offering to supply class A drugs and possession of class C drug. Fine, costs: £407. No action taken on breach.
Yvonne Cattermore, 60, of Highfield Avenue, Harpenden. On November 28, 2013, in Batchwood Drive, St Albans, drove without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £290. Five penalty points.
Emma Jacquemin, 24, of Medd Court, Newsom Place, St Albans. Application to reopen case following conviction for offence of driving while using a hand-held telephone. Conviction and sentence set aside. Original offence reopened: Fine, costs: £240. Three penalty points.
Neil Kateley, 38, of Culver Road, St Albans. On December 8, 2013, drove in Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, at 41mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £290. Four penalty points.
Paul Anthony Smith, 57, of Guildford Road, St Albans. On December 4, 2013, drove in Hemel Hempstead Road, Hemel Hempstead, at 48mph, the legal limit being 40mph. Fine, costs: £225. Three penalty points.
Charlie Lewis Ward, 18, of Rowan Close, Bricket Wood. On December 6, 2013, drove in St Albans Road, Watford, without reasonable consideration for others using that road. Fine, costs: £205. Three penalty points.
