Paul Wood, 45, of Aldbury Grove, WGC. On May 6, 2013, fished or took fish in inland water other than with a licence by means of a road and line. Fine, costs: £347.

Peter Hind, 66, of Stockbreach Close, Hatfield. On August 1, 2013, failed to deliver up licence issued on receipt of cheque which was subsequently dishonoured. Fine, back duty, costs: £308.34.
Ross Alexander Phillips, 34, of Glenwood, WGC. On February 11, 2013, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of the transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. Fine, costs: £310.

Brian Peter Lerigo, 49, of Rupert House, Little Hardings, WGC. On July 11, 2013, together with another, stole meat products from the Co-op, Hatfield. Fine, compensation, costs: £197.25.
Jezz Nathan Lane Chapman, 20, of Aviation Avenue, Hatfield. On May 31, 2013, damaged television belonging to another; also, on same date, assaulted a person by beating her. Community order made with programme, supervision and unpaid work requirements. Costs: £145. Restraining order made.

James Robert Hurt, 33, of Hollybush Lane, WGC. On May 7, 2013, was in possession of 2.10g of cocaine, a class A drug. Fine, costs: £120.
Jennifer Anna, 21, of Bishops Rise, Hatfield. On June 8, 2013, at Hatfield station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification. Fine, compensation, costs: £343.50.
Lawrence Chawdisa, 27, of Peartree Lane, WGC. On May 26, 2013, at Stevenage station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification. Fine, compensation, costs: £345.50.
Joe Dellar, 23, of Guessens Road, WGC. On June 8, 2013, en route near Potters Bar, entered a train for travelling without having a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £285.40.
Justin Domiguez, 21, of Campion Road, Hatfield. On May 25, 2013, at Stevenage station, having failed to pay fare, gave false name and address details to officer of railway company; also, on same date, at Stevenage station, travelled on railway without having previously paid fare. Fine, compensation, costs: £276.
