Greg Sinclair, 28, of Dawley, WGC. On July 24, 2013, was in possession of 15g of cannabis, a class B drug. Fine, costs: £205.

Keith Skelton, 40, of Crookhams, WGC. On April 28, 2013, fished or took fish in inland water other than with a licence by rod and line; also, on same date, failed to give name and address to water bailiff. Fine, costs: £402.

Glen Wilsmore, 26, of Salisbury Road, WGC. On May 11, 2013, assaulted a person by beating her. Community order made with prohibited activity and supervision requirements. Costs: £145.

Zara Ruth Hamilton, 28, of Chelwood Avenue, Hatfield. On August 8, 2013, stole four shirts from TK Maxx, Hatfield. Committed to prison for 12 weeks.
Bryn Michael Robert Caddy, 30, of Parkhouse Court, Hatfield. On May 23, 2013, stole seven packs of toothbrush heads belonging to Boots, Hatfield; also, on May 27, 2013, stole several Ralph Lauren shirts from TK Maxx, Hatfield; also, on August 8, 2013, failed to surrender to custody;also, on June 8, 2013, stole a box of crisps from Asda, Hatfield. Commission of offence during operational period of suspended sentence order made on March 22, 2012, for theft (four counts). Also, on June 21, 2013, stole clothing worth £231.50 from M&S, Hatfield. Committed to prison for a total of six months.
