Dalhat Yashe, 19, of Cunningham Avenue, Hatfield. On July 11, 2013, was in possession of 1g of cannabis, a class B drug; also, on same date, used a motor vehicle without insurance or a valid licence. Fine, costs: £620. Six penalty points.

Stephanie Ayetigbo, 19, of Lemsford Halls, De Havilland Campus, Hatfield. On March 7, 2013, at St Albans station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification. Fine, compensation, costs: £425.

Jason Foster, 30, of Mably House, Lemsford Road, Hatfield. On April 3, 2013, en route near Potters Bar, travelled on a railway without having previously paid fare. Fine, compensation, costs: £557.70.
