Commission of further offence during operational period of suspended sentence order made on November 8, 2012 for harassment – breach of restraining order. Fine, costs: £180. Suspended sentence order varied to extend operational period from 18 to 20 months.

Dean Andrew Harper, 39, of Moatwood Green, WGC. On July 11, 2013, entered Oakland College Campus as a trespasser and stole a Kipling bag and assorted paper. Commission of further offence during operational period of suspended sentence for burglary (two counts), trespass with intent to steal. Committed to prison for 50 weeks.
Olanrewaju Muhammed Afolabi, 29, of Bull Stag Green, Hatfield. On July 7, 2013, drove in Woods Avenue, Hatfield, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 76 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £215. Banned from driving for 20 months, to be reduced by 20 weeks if approved course undertaken.
James Michael Cook, 32, of Russett House, Russett Wood, WGC. On July 9, 2013, sent a message which knew to be false for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
