On May 31, 2013, drove in Old Rectory Lane, Hatfield, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 106 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes; also, on June 13, 2013, failed to surrender to custody. Community order made with alcohol treatment and supervision requirements. Fine, costs: £545. Ricky Lee John Cross, 20, of Holloways Lane, Welham Green. On June 28, 2013, dishonestly caused to be wasted or diverted a quantity of electricity; also, on same date, cultivated 12 plants of the genus cannabis, a class B drug. Community order made with unpaid work requirement. Costs: £145.

Michael Caulfield, 31, of Moyne House, Lee Walk, Panshangar, WGC. On May 2, 2013, failed to attend CRI Spectrum for group, supervision and to provide a swab sample for drug testing contrary to requirements of community order made on April 25, 2013; also, on June 19, 2013, failed to attend CHMC for DDR review as required by same order. Janusz Mulka, 51, of Goldings House, Hatfield. On April 26, 2013, stole food items from the Co-op, Hatfield. Also, on June 10, 2013, stole six miniature bottles of alcohol from John Lewis. Also, on June 12, 2013, stole beer from Esso garage, WGC. Also, on June 27, 2013, stole a bottle of wine from the Co-op, Hatfield.  Conviction of offence while community order in force. Community order revoked. Committed to prison for total of 16 weeks. Compensation: £27.24.

On September 27, 2012, used a vehicle in Howlands, WGC, without insurance; also, on same date, used a vehicle where the grooves of the tyre fitted to the front offside wheel were not of sufficient depth; also, similarly, for front nearside wheel; also, on same date, used a vehicle on which not every stop lamp was clean and in good working order; also, failed to comply with a road traffic sign. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes; also, on June 15, 2013, failed to surrender to custody; also, on May 30, 2013, failed to attend follow-up assessment at specified time; also, similarly, on June 7, 2013.
