Dean Andrew Harper, 39, of Moatwood Green, WGC. On April 16, 2013, stole handbag and money from another; also, on same date, damaged a motor vehicle belonging to another. Also: on March 3, 2013, having entered QEII Hospital, WGC as a trespasser and stole a laptop and £30 cash; also, on March 11, 2013, entered the campus West Complex in WGC as a trespasser and stole a charity tin; also, on February 12, 2013, attempted to enter Oaklands College, WGC, as a trespasser. Also: on May 4, 2013, stole a Blackberry phone worth £99.99 from Sainsbury’s, WGC. Also: on June 15, 2013, entered the staff room of Poundstretcher, WGC, as a trespasser and stole an iPod worth £300. Committed to prison for 36 weeks suspended for 24 months. Order includes curfew and drug rehabilitation requirements. Compensation, costs: £510.

Liam Anthony Aiken, 25, of Wood Vale, Hatfield. On June 18, 2013, was in possession of two bags of cannabis, a class B drug; also, on May 17, 2013, entered outbuildings of the Bush Hall Hotel, Hatfield, as a trespasser and stole brass candlesticks to the value of £700. Fine, compensation, costs: £650.

Moses Andrew Linfors, 31, of Northdown Road, Hatfield. On April 30, 2013, was in possession of 1g of cannabis, a class B drug. Commission of further offence while subject to conditional discharge for six months imposed on November 28, 2012, for possession of cocaine, a class A drug. Fine, costs: £440.
