Simon Day, 25, of Peartree Lane, WGC. On June 6, 2013, was in possession of a small bag of cannabis, a class B drug; also, on same date, used a vehicle on the A1 without insurance or a valid licence. Fine, costs: £325. Banned from driving for 12 months.
Jade Louise Crosby, 23, of The Wades, Hatfield. On May 27, 2013, committed fraud by swapping price labels intending to make a gain namely a reduced payment. Community order made with curfew requirement. Costs: £100.
Toby Charles Maxwell, 25, of Widford Road, WGC. On March 2, 2013, stole packs of meat from Morrisons, WGC. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £97.
Lucy Tania Primett, 37, of Peartree Lane, WGC. On March 4, 2013, drove in Moors Walk, WGC, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 142 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Community order made with programme and supervision requirements. Costs: £680. Banned from driving for 36 months, to be reduced by 36 weeks if approved course undertaken.
Daniel Brennan, 20, of Hatfield Road, Hatfield. On February 21, 2013, en route near Hatfield station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification. Fine, compensation, costs: £275.
Nick Clarke, of Bucknalls Drive, Bricket Wood. On January 31, 2013, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £343.75.
Joanna Marie Wojcik, 29, of Warren Close, Hatfield. On December 12, 2012, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £345.

Leslie Ruddick, 25, of Goldings House, Link Drive, Hatfield. On May 23, 2013, together with another, stole meat and alcohol from the Co-op, Hatfield. Fine, compensation, costs: £255.
Zunaira Javed, 22, of Tiger Moth Way, Hatfield. On June 8, 2013, drove in Roehyde Way, Hatfield, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 51 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £225. Banned from driving for 15 months, to be reduced by 15 weeks if approved course undertaken.

Gemma Victoria Collins, 22, of Boundary Court, WGC. On April 26, 2013, stole petrol worth £45.55 from Esso in Hatfield; also, on May 20, 2013, failed to surrender to custody. Offence committed while community order in force for going equipped, failing to surrender to custody and common assault. Also: on April 15, 2013, together with another, stole lead flashing belonging to Welwyn and Hatfield District Council. Community order made with curfew, programme and supervision requirements. Joseph McLaughlan, 32, of Walsingham Close, Hatfield. On June 8, 2013, drove in Lemsford Road, Hatfield, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 108 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £816. Banned from driving for 23 months, to be reduced by 23 weeks if approved course undertaken.
Paul Munro, 60, of Stonecross Road, Hatfield. On January 2, 2013, drove on the M25 while using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fine, costs: £305. Three penalty points.
John Charles du Marney, 55, of Stanborough Green, WGC. On November 19, 2012, drove in Cole Green Lane, WGC, without a valid licence. Fine, costs: £305.
Daniel Wojtowicz, 37, of Birchwood Avenue, Hatfield. On December 6, 2012, drove in Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, at 38mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £170. Three penalty points.

Evaldas Aleknavicius, 20, of Verulam Close, WGC. On June 10, 2013, drove in Salisbury Road, WGC, without a valid licence; also, on same date, used vehicle, which was unlicensed, without insurance. Fine, costs: £435. Eight penalty points.
Garry Peake, of Guessens Court, WGC. On December 18, 2012, failed to deliver up licence acquired with a cheque which was subsequently dishonoured. Fined, back duty, costs: £600.
Sam Garry Edward Perrin, 25, of Kestrel Green, Hatfield. On February 17, 2013, kept a vehicle on a public road having made a declaration that would not during period specified. Fine, back duty, costs: £815.42.
Victoria Louise Brind, 21, of Summer Dale, WGC. On December 6, 2012, drove in Wellfield Road while not wearing a seat belt. Fine, costs: £165.

Robert Radwan, 31, of Thistle Grove, WGC. On January 19, 2013, used on Cole Green Lane a car where the grooves on the tread pattern of a tyre fitted to the front nearside wheel were not of sufficient depth; also, similarly, for front offside tyre; also, used a car where the steerable axle was not fitted with pneumatic tyres the same size. Fine, costs: £135. Three penalty points.

Rachel Antonia Bevan, 37, of Mill Green Road, WGC. On June 21, 2013, attempted to steal three PS3 games from Tesco, Hatfield. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £15.
Ryan Thomas Ellis, 28, of Homestead Road, Hatfield. On March 27, 2013, stole two bottles of Whey Protein from Holland & Barrett, Hatfield. Offence committed while subject to conditional discharge for 24 months imposed for theft. Also, on May 5, 2013, stole meat from Co-op, Hatfield; also, on May 11, 2013, stole a television from Asda, Hatfield; also, on May 14, 2013, stole meat from the Co-op, WGC. Also, on June 2, 2013, together with another, stole a lazy blow-up spa from Homebase, Hatfield. Also, on June 20, 2013, stole protein powder from Holland & Barrett, Hatfield. Committed to prison for total of 24 weeks.
