Hatfield’s giant Comet store only closed down at Christmas, but already it seems a new retailer is about to take its place. Pets At Home have submitted a change of use planning application to the Borough Council and are already advertising for staff at their proposed Hatfield salon which is expected to include pet care products, grooming and veterinary services.
