Dear Review,

On Facebook recently, I read an exchange of views about the Hilltop shops, where a shopkeeper is claiming that he's only being offered short six month leases at an increased rate. Further enquiries indicate that after all the promises of a long overdue redevelopment, still no builder is lined up. Could somebody please find out what is happening? The shops are over half a century old now, and badly in need of some TLC. Maybe we should invite the film makers back who transformed the place last year. It only took them two days!
