Men who are brave enough to don lipstick and high heels are needed for a charity run in aid of a hospice that looks after terminally ill people from St Albans and Harpenden.
The Hospice of St Francis, which is based in Berkhamsted, is signing up volunteers for its annual Dame for a Laugh event.
Participants will take on a 2.5 mile course on Sunday, April 28 dressed as women.
Spencer Lee, who took part in the event last year, said: '”It was a fantastic event that was brilliantly organised and fun from start to finish.
“The hardest bit was parting with my frock and handing back the wife's jewellery at the end of the day.
“I’d say to all men out there just do it.”
To sign up visit www.stfrancis.org.uk/Dame or call 01442 869555.
