Residents will be able to dance the night away with their loved one this Valentine’s Day at a charity ball.
The masquerade ball will be held in St Albans Town Hall in aid of Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a severe muscle wasting disease.
The fundraiser, which has been set up by the organisation Chapter 28, will be held on Thursday, February 14.
The first two hours will be ballroom and Latin American dancing with the Tango, Waltz, Rumba and Jive.
From 10pm onwards the room will be turned into a disco with the latest chart music.
Tickets for the event, which will begin at 8pm, cost £18.
