CURTIS, Philip Of Leaverstock Green, Hemel Hempstead, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, 1st January, 2009, aged 79 years. Funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium, Garston on Monday, 19th January, 2009 at 11.40am.
