SMITH, Arthur Formerly of London Colney. Passed away peacefully on 17th October 2010, at the Royal Albert Infirmary, Wigan. Beloved husband of Betty, inspirational father to Linda and the best grandad to Laura and Rosie. The funeral took place on 25th October at Howe Bridge Crematorium
