SCRANAGE, Raymond of Slip End, formerly of St Albans passed peacefully away on 7th February 2013, in his 90th year. A former St Albans District and Hertfordshire County Councillor, much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather. Funeral service at St Michael's Parish Church, St Albans at 3.00pm on Wednesday 27th February 2013 followed by a private burial.
