Plans have been submitted to demolish a home in Smallford to allow eight new properties to be created.

If accepted, 53 Station Road would be removed with homes constructed both on the land and land to the rear of 55-59 Station Road.

Each new dwelling would consist of three bedrooms, with parking and landscaping included in the plans.
