A man who threatened a woman that he would put his hands on a woman and she would not “f***ing survive it” has been given a suspended sentence.

Nisar Khan-Boylan, 22, of Buttermere Close in St Albans texted a woman a threatening message, and in doing so breached a non-molestation order made in December 2021, where he could not contact her.

Despite the restriction, he still sent a text on January 31 and February 2 this year.

They read: “Come to your house and smash the s**t out of you.”

“You’re a dirty fat (audiable) whore like your mum.”

Other texts included: “I’m really going to put my hands on you. You ain’t gonna f***ing survive it.”

Another text said: “I’m not going crazy for no c**t.”

“I’m at breaking point now.”

He appeared at St Albans Magistrates’ Court and pleaded guilty on February 4.

As a result, he was committed to prison for eight weeks, concurrently suspended for 12 months.

During the 12 month supervision period, he must take part in any rehabilitation activity required.

He was also told to pay a total of £213 to cover victim services and the Crown Prosecution Service.
