Formed on Canvey Island, Essex, in the early 1970s, the band have since band have enjoyed global success with a string of hit singles including Roxette, Back in the Night, Milk and Alcohol, Down at the Doctors, She Does it Right, Going Back Home and See you Later Alligator – which gave the band their first gold record.
With a total of 80 years’ service between the current line-up, the journey continues for a generation of music fans over thirty five years ago.

Origianl Drifters member Roy G Hemmings brings together the sound of three of America’s iconic labels: Motown, Stax and Atlantic, in one action packed show. Featuring hits by Marvin Gaye, The Supremes, The Three Degrees, Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, Stevie Wonder, Billy Paul, The Four Tops, The Temptations and The O’Jays to name a few!
